Hi, this is Saman Majeed, 35 years of age, born and raised in Karachi. I completed my schooling from Aga Khan School and have completed a master’s in chemistry from Karachi University. Now, I have started my career as an educationist and worked in the same capacity for almost 10 years as Chemistry teacher and management of different renowned schools of Karachi, I also succesfully completed my MBA HR from IU during this and in 2014 I came across the idea of STEM. After some research I found this so intriguing and amazing but unfortunately felt disheartened because at the time in Pakistan, there was no real scope. I remained deteremined and carried on. I decided to get some experience of STEM and I have now done different courses from abroad and started my own institute in Karachi with the name ROBOTECH STEM PVT LTD. A main and huge obstacle was the unawareness of STEM education in the city of Karachi and it took a good two years to make more people aware of this. After this,there was no looking back and I could not be prouder. We have collaborated with many schools in Karachi where our courses are now an active part of their curriculum.
Luckily for us, our government took notice and with their help we are able to conduct several workshops within the government schools. Robo Tech has conducted numerous such interactive sessions for last 2.5 years all over the

Covid -19 has been a difficult period for many but it came as blessing in disguise for us as well as we were able to spread worldwide via online classes and more than 500 students were able to enrol with us.In the near and far future, I plan to spread more awareness about STEM education and I want this method of study to be followed instead of traditional way of studies. I am looking forward and excited to work on this and share it with the world
